Veteran-founded.
Accountability-driven.

Semper Supply was built around a simple operating principle: logistics failures should be prevented before execution, not explained afterward.

Founder

A-Sun Truth

A-Sun Truth founded Semper Supply after two decades building and scaling ventures at the intersection of operations, finance, and strategic partnerships. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he brings the same standard to fuel supply that the Corps instilled in him: show up, execute, and don't miss.

Before Semper Supply, A-Sun built and led multiple companies, from technology platforms to advisory and intelligence firms closing partnerships and managing complex, high-stakes logistics for clients who couldn't afford failure. That track record is the foundation of Semper Supply's model: a lean, accountable brokerage backed by vetted supplier relationships, built to deliver fuel reliably to the agencies and fleets that depend on it.

Semper Supply is veteran-owned and currently pursuing SDVOSB and state veteran-owned certifications in Georgia and Maryland. But the pitch isn't the badge, it's the discipline behind it. Semper Fidelis isn't a slogan here. It's the operating standard.

Operating Principle001
01 — Supply security is underwritten before bidding, not discovered after award.
02 — A named decision-maker on both sides, every contract.
03 — Requirements are clarified before pricing and acceptance.
